Communication and Administrative Support Assistant
From Union Syndicale’s head office in the heart of the European quarter, you will play an important role in the organisation’s external and internal communication activities. To do this, you have proven knowledge or experience in managing social networks and content in WordPress. You also demonstrate this skill or experience in graphic design or editing.
You will be involved in the development and implementation of Union Syndicale’s communication strategy and will contribute to the development of the union’s visibility by promoting its presence on the Internet and participating in the diffusion and promotion of its services.
First, you will participate in the coordination of the work of the communication policy team with the aim of becoming the coordinator in charge of developing the biannual magazine with the publishing company.
You will be responsible for the distribution, both electronically and in print, of the organization’s magazine, legal newsletters and other materials.
You will participate in the creation of templates for flyers, leaflets etc. or any promotional items for members and the public.
You will be integrated into the daily activity and functioning of the secretariat under the supervision of the Managing Director in charge, in particular, of administering three structures that belong to Union Syndicale.
You will occasionally cover events outside the headquarters, including abroad, for short periods of time ranging from 1 to 5 days. In this context, you will attend the meetings and, if necessary, draft the record of decisions or minutes.
