Union Syndicale Brussels is the biggest of the organisations affiliated to the Federation. It has its headquarters in Brussels, and its members are drawn from all the European institutions and organisations.
Union Syndicale Brussels has thus inevitably become the principal, not to say ineluctable, port of call, when negotiation is required, for those in charge of administration and policy-making in the Commission, Council, European Economic and Social Committee, Committee of the Regions, Eurocontrol and European Parliament (in this last case together with Union Syndicale Luxembourg).

Union Syndicale Fédérale (USF) currently has 20 Unions Syndicales affiliated, representing a variety of locations within the European and International Public Service. Their members number thousands of people of all grades, nationalities, professions and contractual status.
